 Small Group Fitness 

Welcome! We are so excited you chose Yokore Yoga & Wellness to explore your Fitness practice.

Practicing yoga can be fun, challenging, calming, and frustrating. Here at Yokore we stress safety and listening your own body. We offer a variety of classes that vary in intensity.

Yokore offers some yoga infused fitness classes as well. Our yoga classes infused with fitness help us building strength and our core muscles. Yoga Tone, Beginner Yoga Tone, Yoga Fusion, BAM (Booty, Abs, and more), Plyoga®, and Cardio Kickboxing use HITT training philosophy balanced with yoga. Our instructors are speciality trained to offer these classes.

Our Fitness classes are cardio based and emphasize alignment and movement for every body. These classes are high energy and fun!

B.A.M. -Booty, Abs and More is a 30 minute express class targeting the booty and abs. Weights and resistance bands can be used in this class.

Beginning Yoga Tone is a 30 minute yoga and resistance band workout. This work out will increase your cardio and strength through various movement patterns. 

Cardio Drumming takes a simple movement - drumming - and turns it into a full-body workout.  It brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball, and an exercise ball stand to create one of the most fun workouts you'll ever do.

Family Cardio Drumming 
is an all-ages cardio drumming class geared for family fun. Children can attend with one adult present. Class registration is based on one child and one adult. Additional children can be added for a fee.

Floor Pilates is a floor class designed to work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the Classical Pilates Method with exercise variations by using props and light weights.   Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

Morning Mashup 
Want to give yourself a morning boost of energy? Join our team for a combination routine of walking or light aerobics and pilates. This routine is for all levels.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well. Pilates involves slow, precise movements and breath control. A typical Pilates workout is 45 minutes to an hour long.

Power Zone Pilates 
 is a form of low-impact exercise that targets the core and works other areas of your body as well using slow, precise movements, and breath control while using light hand weights. 

PLYOGA® is a 4 part fitness system utilizing the centered and balanced principles of Yoga as an active recovery for a segmented class in Plyometric interval movements. Uses a ballistic warm-up, interval segment, all-out segment, finishing with yoga.  You will use every movement and core plane evenly in this instructor-led class.

Yoga Fusion Express integrates strength and stability work through the use of resistance bands and weights into your yoga classes. This practice is designed for the yoga participant who wants to begin their journey of connecting yoga movements with other types of fitness.

Wake up and Tone is an all-levels yoga and tone routine. Designed to awakening your body, while introducing toning movements. Optional weights and resistance bands will be used during this 30-minute morning routine.
