COVID-19 that is really all I need to say. As a small business owner it is navigating new waters quickly. It is figuring out how to pivot even when it makes me uncomfortable. It's pushing my creativity and pushing me to be on camera (my worst fear). It is also humbling. As a yoga teacher it was important for me to shutdown early
(we closed March 12) and protect my clients. It was important for me to assure others and to stay informed. All the while, I am adjusting to my new full-time work schedule at home, running a household of 4, and making sure the business side of yoga doesn't go under. So what does it all mean? I really don't know. I am moving forward, getting over being on camera, and adapting my technology skills to offer a moment of silencing the news and being present in ourselves for those 45-minutes of a live class via zoom. So it's not perfect, and the online system is evolving, the business is evolving to survive, and my practice is evolving. I am grateful I have you all with me on this crazy journey, as we adapt together.
