Meet the Instructor
Meditation, the art of chill, or the art of connecting with a quiet inner space within ourselves. Which as you may already know can be difficult while living in a culture of hustle and bustle. Ronni Norton is now offering guided meditations to clients on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Ronni has years of experience with yoga, and has dabbled in alternative healing practices over the past decade. She has traveled to highly spiritual areas such as Crestone, Colorado, and Sedona, Arizona. When living in Colorado, she took many trips to meditate at The Great Stupa of Dharmakaya located at The Shambhala Mountain Center.
She discovered her love for guided mediations in 2019 when she quickly realized how beneficial the experience could be. She also realized how difficult it could be to make the time. In America, the mainstream focus is placed on productivity and industrialism. We are busy with our lives, our families lives, and everything in between- so where does this leave time for US? That’s were we come at Yokore Studios.
One of the beautiful things about guided meditations is that it’s so incredibly simple. You essentially relax and listen to the instructor as they walk you through the experience. Often times, we don’t have a space within our home that is conducive to achieving the meditative state with ease. Our thoughts might be pulled in other areas of our life, rather than emptying out the mind.
The benefits of mediation are far reaching. Those who meditate regularly to have greater clarity in their life and overall more inner happiness. When we take the time to connect with your inner truths amazing things can result.
Ronni’s meditation practice is self-developed. She has been intuitively guided throughout the development and continues to strengthen her awareness and consciousness. She aims to bring peace, positivity, and harmony into her sessions which helps her clients find those qualities within themselves. Sounds cliche, right? Maybe so. One thing we can certain of is kindness and goodwill are contagious.
