We all have strengths and limitations, we feel at Yokore Yoga it is our role to help you modify and be safe in your studio and self-practice. We are here to answer any questions you may have from what should I wear to what class do we recommend for you to take. Yoga has many health benefits including increased flexibility, balance, strength and reduced anxiety.
We have a physical location in Springfield, Illinois. These classes are available both in studio and live stream. These classes use our Yokore app to register, studio memberships, and class card packs are available for all live stream and in studio class. These passes are interchangeable between in studio and live stream classes. Most group classes are $10.00 per person.
We also have an on-demand using a web browser and your App login for the Wellness Living Site.
